崗位職責(zé)1. 負責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品和Web應(yīng)用的前端開發(fā)工作，包括頁面設(shè)計、交互效果實現(xiàn)、性能優(yōu)化等。2. 參與前端框架的選擇和搭建，熟悉React/Next.js框架，能夠獨立完成項目的開發(fā)和維護。3. 根據(jù)UI設(shè)計圖和產(chǎn)品需求文檔，按照前端開發(fā)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行開發(fā)和測試，并進行代碼優(yōu)化和重構(gòu)。4. 與后端開發(fā)人員進行協(xié)作，確保前后端數(shù)據(jù)交互的順暢和安全。5. 參與產(chǎn)品的需求分析和討論，提出前端技術(shù)方案和建議，保證產(chǎn)品的可用性和用戶體驗。 任職要求：1. 熟練掌握HTML/CSS/****等前端技術(shù)，熟悉掌握React/Next.js框架。2. 熟悉Web前端開發(fā)流程，了解HTTP協(xié)議、AJAX技術(shù)等。3. 熟悉前端性能優(yōu)化和代碼重構(gòu)，有良好的代碼規(guī)范和注釋習(xí)慣。4. 熟悉前后端數(shù)據(jù)交互，有相關(guān)接口對接經(jīng)驗。5. 具備較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力和自我驅(qū)動能力，能夠不斷學(xué)習(xí)和掌握新的前端技術(shù)。6. 有React/Next.js項目開發(fā)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
