Prime IFM - Regional Director of Facility Management OperationsJob Summary:Prime IFM,Focus in iintelligent facility management services, is seeking a dynamic Regional Director for Facility Management Operations to oversee our lucrative markets in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shandong. This pivotal leadership role is committed to bolstering the growth of Prime IFM’s new business in the region while ensuring excellence in customer relations, project, and operations management of existing projects.The Role:As the Regional Director, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing portfolio programs, with particular emphasis on operational risk management, business growth, and workforce development. You will organize office establishment and talent acquisition in the Suzhou area, encompassing roles from sales to project training.Key Responsibilities:?Spearhead the recruitment and training of staff, including sales personnel and project team members.?Drive new project development and provide expert input to Sales, Solutions Development teams, and Engineering Solutions leads.?Forge strong professional bonds with key client representatives, acting as an ambassador for Prime IFM’s energy management systems and FM care facility operation platforms.?Stay abreast of market trends to consistently deliver industry practices in energy management, engineering, and IFM services.?Implement annual compliance and audit plans, actively engage in staff training and maintain the core values of Prime IFM across all service ****s.Qualifications and Experience:?10+ years of IFM project management experience.?Proven capability to develop new clients, manage projects, and sustain customer relationships.?Proficient with Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.?Fluent in English report writing.Compensation and Benefits:?Attractive salary package.?Company equity options.?Opportunities for professional and personal growth within a respected organization.You will be titled as the Regional IFM Partner, playing a key role in shaping the future of our operational landscape.
