Responsibilities：- Responsible for recruitment in Latam, to ensure the company's recruitment needs are met.- Attract and find excellent candidates through various channels, including online recruitment, social media, job fairs, etc.- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.- Drive initiatives to strengthen and sustain the company’s culture and values.- Collaborate with department managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide professional recruitment advice.- Responsible for tracking and analyzing recruitment data to improve recruitment strategies.Qualification：- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to establish good relationships with people from various ****s- Familiar with various recruitment channels and tools, able to effectively find and attract excellent candidates.- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and culture-building- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
