職責(zé)描述:
The primary ive of this position is to create strategies and plans that define how existing and emerging technology should be utilized to support an organizations overall business strategy. They develop and maintain knowledge of evolving trends in one or more emerging technology areas (e.g. Cloud, Mobility, Analytics, etc.) and apply these to define opportunities for client organizations to deliver new business capabilities, profitable business growth and competitive cost efficiencies.
In this position you will be required to:
1. Work closely with the sales team to participate in and proactively drive the presales process with clients. This may include conducting meetings, writing proposals and delivering presentations
2. Create strategies and plans that define how existing and emerging technology should be utilized to support an organizations overall business strategy.
3. Facilitate and lead client workshops with Executive level participants.
4. Use your excellent client engagement skills to ensure the identification and analysis of client problems and opportunities for improvement.
5. Provide the end to end solution set to enable the client’s business transformation.
6. Take responsibility for the visionary integration of the solution by orchestrating the internal co-ordination of the solution implementation.
7. Attend technical conferences to ensure that they remain abreast of developments in their area of expertise and related disciplines.
8. Continuously search for opportunities to innovate solutions for the client thereby improving client’s business and ensuring business development for Dimension Data.
任職要求:
Requirements: Education, Training and Experience
? At least 10 years experience in a consulting and senior IT role within a large scale (preferably multi- national) technology services environment
? Qualification in Technology and/or Business Management ( MBA would be advantageous)
Experience
? Deep domain expertise and consulting and client engagement experience coupled with solid
experience in client needs assessment and change management
? Proven experience in integrating the solutions for particular projects with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices
? Proven transformational consulting experience
? Proven ability to facilitate and lead conversations and workshops with Executive level clients.
