SUMMARY:
Analyze, document, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct Requirement Elicit and ensure that the requirements, as the foundation for the solution to the business needs, be complete, clear, correct, and consistent.
2. Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs, ability of quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of clients organization and industry
3. Detailed problem analysis and accurate definition of the criteria required for solution design
4.Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
REQUIRED:
- More than one year experience of software and systems analysis, design, construction or QA methodologies
- Strong facilitating/knowledge transfer skill
- Be familiar with requirement management and tools
- Technical or business domain knowledge related to the job is a strong plus
- Able to communicate goals & strategies effectively among diverse people
- Good communication skills: Written/spoken/presentation. (English)
- Develop credibility and respect across the organization
- Working under pressure
- Quick learner
- Independent worker
- Minimum educational level: B.S. or equivalent
