職位描述:
1.負(fù)責(zé)接聽服務(wù)相關(guān)的咨詢電話,回答用戶關(guān)于服務(wù)和訂單問題
Responsible for helpdesk call handling of service related enquiry and communication with customer for service explanation and order clarification;
2.負(fù)責(zé)訂單處理,并協(xié)調(diào)用戶和工程師完成訂單
Responsible for order handling and coordination between customer and backend engineers
3.負(fù)責(zé)處理服務(wù)以及訂單相關(guān)郵件
Responsible for email handling for service and order related request
4.負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)新入職員工
Responsible for training and coaching new comers
5.負(fù)責(zé)其他TL分配的工作
Responsible for other tasks assigned by TL
崗位要求:
1.普通話2級(jí)乙等及以上
Standard mandarin
2.大學(xué)英語4級(jí)以上,良好的英文口頭溝通能力;英語書寫和打字熟練
CET-4 or above, good English communication skills,oral and writing; good at English typing
3.良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)
Good communication and coordination skills; good learning skills
4.具備較高客服意識(shí)
Good customer focus
5.具備基本IT技術(shù)者(如:操作系統(tǒng),辦公軟件)優(yōu)先考慮
Basic Information Technology (e.g. Network, OS, Application…) or have general understanding of IT/MS-Office applications is preferred
6.有實(shí)習(xí)或正式工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),大專以上學(xué)歷,IT相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
Has working or internship experience before, College or above, IT related major preferred;
7.具備一定抗壓能力
Ability to work under pressure - high stress tolerance
8.具備同時(shí)間處理多項(xiàng)任務(wù)的工作能力
Multi-tasking ability, handle multiple assignments simultaneously
