Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting process with a focus on supporting Engineering, Consulting, Sales & Marketing
Partner with Hiring Managers to identify key requirements for each role
Work closely with workforce management group to identify external hiring needs
Analyzing present recruitment channel and enhance with creative sourcing methods, to include using advanced various search techniques for identifying qualified candidates.
Drive hiring process – including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis and salary trends.Maintain HC approval process and data reports
