Overall Responsibilities
- Promotion of the business of SAP/B1 products on both functional and technical prospective
- Identify and contact prospective clients
- Generate sales opportunities, and maintain existing accounts to achieve growth
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Selling of SAP solutions h:c tools, such as e-learning and Business training
- Establishing and maintaining of customer relations with multinational companies and local enterprises
- Business extension to emerge vertical markets
- Creation of customer presentation documents
- Provide complete and thorough information about h:c products & services
- Monthly cold calls
- Timely sales forecast reports with the designated territory
- Maintain customer database in CRM system
- Accurate recording of results for each contact
- Monitoring of competitor’s activities within the territory
- Requirements Analysis
- Creation of sales proposals and contract negotiations with clients
Qualifications:
Education Requirements
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in SAP sales area of multinational companies is preferred
Skills:
- Sales experiences in high scale and high value proposition sales experience
- Reasonable oral and written business English, good business writing skills
- Excellent communication skills in order to deal with various levels of customers, especially with the foreign & senior China management
- Solid understanding of the software industry, goof and keen knowledge about the SAP market
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willing to learn new things
- Ability to build, maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers
- Good project management experience
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Self-driven, ability to work under pressure, and searching for challenges
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PPT
- Ability to drive for results
- Good time management skills
