3. Assist the relevant engineers to solve the development issues.

4. Responsible for commercial matters between the Marketing Department and information provided.
負(fù)責(zé)與市場(chǎng)部門(mén)間商業(yè)事項(xiàng)的資訊提供。
5. Responsible for the coordination and communication with the relevant departments.
負(fù)責(zé)與相關(guān)部門(mén)間的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)。
6. To assist the relevant technical engineers to get the required resources.
協(xié)助相關(guān)技術(shù)工程師有效取得所需的資源。
7. To coordinate the related issues and solutions on the project transferring.
協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目移轉(zhuǎn)與生產(chǎn)間的問(wèn)題解決。
8. Coordination & communication with clients.

10. Assist the relevant technical engineer to deal with the supplier issues.

11. Responsible for the acquisition and application of new technology.
負(fù)責(zé)新技術(shù)的引進(jìn)與運(yùn)用。
12. Responsible for the cost analysis of new products.
新產(chǎn)品成本分析。
13. Cooperate with Marketing Department and customers to provide the cost analysis for the quotation.
配合市場(chǎng)部與客戶(hù)需求提供相關(guān)的成本分析資料供報(bào)價(jià)。
14. Responsible for the feasibility assessment of the new products.
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的可行性評(píng)估分析。
15. Develop the innovative products under the market demands.
配合市場(chǎng)的需求進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)。
16. Accomplish other works related to the regional R&D which is reasonable, fair and legal.
在合情、合理、合法之情況下完成公司安排的其他與研發(fā)總部相關(guān)的新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)工作

Job Requirement:
1. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree with major in mechanical engineering, engineering management or related.
機(jī)械工程/工程管理或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)，大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷。
2. At least 3 year experience in the project management of plastic packaging, worked in foreign or JV enterprises.
具有三年以上外企或合資企業(yè)有關(guān)塑料包裝產(chǎn)品的項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)與管理等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Familiar with the procedures and processes of the plastic packaging.
熟悉塑料包裝產(chǎn)品加工的流程與工藝。
4. Familiar with the project management.
熟悉項(xiàng)目管理作業(yè)。
5. Fluent in written and spoken English.
英語(yǔ)說(shuō)寫(xiě)流利。
6. Excel at the good communication skills, can communicate with the different regional customers.
具有良好的溝通技巧，能與不同地區(qū)客戶(hù)的人員溝通。
7. Strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
