崗位職責(zé)
?熟悉并掌握公司的ERP產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)原理及技術(shù)架構(gòu)
?定期和公司總部的產(chǎn)品管理、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)部門溝通，將中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的需求反應(yīng)到總部并推動(dòng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品版本的發(fā)布
?推動(dòng)和管理產(chǎn)品在中國(guó)本地化的工作
?和開發(fā)、銷售、售前、客服等部門緊密合作，梳理中國(guó)本地化的需求，并推動(dòng)中國(guó)本地增值產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和推廣
?給實(shí)施顧問提供產(chǎn)品實(shí)施培訓(xùn)
?指導(dǎo)實(shí)施顧問進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品實(shí)施
?參與售前方案的編寫和售前活動(dòng)，為客戶提供集成的技術(shù)解決方案。
?在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的各個(gè)階段及項(xiàng)目上線后提供相關(guān)支持，包括但不限于：
與客戶溝通需求，分析需求并指導(dǎo)實(shí)施顧問或客戶進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)配置
為實(shí)施顧問解決實(shí)施過程中的問題
任職資格
?計(jì)算機(jī)類相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
?3年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)及團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
?6年以上MES實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)；或6年ERP實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)（其中3年生產(chǎn)管理模塊實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)）或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
?具有采購(gòu)庫(kù)存模塊實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
?熟悉SQL語(yǔ)言及編寫SQL查詢語(yǔ)句，熟悉存儲(chǔ)過程，有能力對(duì)存儲(chǔ)過程優(yōu)化提供指導(dǎo)意見
?需要由良好的英語(yǔ)說、讀、寫技能，有和外國(guó)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)工作的經(jīng)歷更佳
?有較強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)、技術(shù)文檔的書寫能力
?良好的溝通、表達(dá)能力，積極進(jìn)取
?有軟件產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳
?具有家具行業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先
?愿意接受國(guó)內(nèi)出差安排
