崗位職責(zé):
? Independently manage medium and large scale projects from conceptual schemes to expanded preliminary design phase
? Able to surprise the team on large process of project from concept to design development.
? Having strong project creativity and control abilities, and strong oral and written communication skills for conducting meetings with clients and office staff.
? Able to work on various types of landscape projects from residential , commercial to park and so on.
? Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines
? Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate high level of professional maturity
任職資格:
? AutoCad, Photoshop, Indesign and Sketchup skills required. Rehino and other 3D skills would be a plus.
? Basic landscape construction detailing skills
? Possess strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
? Demonstrate creative abilities and applied problem-solving skills
? Strong abilities to work in a team setting
