Job Responsibilities: 1. Arrange Daily inspector work as per quality instruction for QA1.根據(jù)QA質(zhì)量指導(dǎo)書(shū)安排日常檢查員工作2. Translate customer quality requirement to WCL procedure for QA job instruction2.將客戶質(zhì)量要求轉(zhuǎn)化為質(zhì)量保證工作指令的WCL程序3. Review line quality defects and work on corrective ****3.審查線路質(zhì)量缺陷并采取糾正措施4. Instantaneous feedback quality problem to manager, engineer for problem solving4.將質(zhì)量問(wèn)題即時(shí)反饋給經(jīng)理、工程師以解決問(wèn)題5. Conduct activity assigned by QA/PQE manager5.執(zhí)行QA/QC經(jīng)理指定的活動(dòng)6. Technical support and Training support to all staff for problem6.針對(duì)問(wèn)題向全體員工提供技術(shù)支持和培訓(xùn)支持7. Regular review the quality activity and monitor the activity is being implemented to achieve quality target.7.定期審查質(zhì)量活動(dòng)，并監(jiān)督正在實(shí)施的活動(dòng)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。8. Regular report the quality status to QA/PQE manager8.定期向QA/QC經(jīng)理報(bào)告質(zhì)量狀況9. To ensure all work process and machinery and tooling design are of safety standard9.確保所有工作流程和機(jī)械及工裝設(shè)計(jì)符合安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Qualification: 1. At least 3 years experience as Quality engineer in PCBA1.至少3年P(guān)CBA質(zhì)量工程師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)2.Knowledgeable in IPC-610A standard3. Have experience in Aerospace and/ or automotive, PCBA production will be an advantage4. Knowledgeable in QC tools5. Strong analytical skills in problem solving6. Ability to drive continuous improvement
