工作職責? 負責協(xié)調(diào)和支持軟件產(chǎn)品部署到用戶端的計劃制定和有效實施，驗收產(chǎn)品部署效果并及時反饋。? 為用戶提供產(chǎn)品培訓與駐場產(chǎn)品培訓。? 協(xié)助維護客戶關(guān)系，有效解決現(xiàn)場技術(shù)問題和客戶抱怨。? 梳理和分析客戶需求，推進產(chǎn)品使用。? 收集和反饋用戶問題，協(xié)助開發(fā)團隊迭代產(chǎn)品。任職資格? 統(tǒng)招大專及以上學歷，生物醫(yī)學工程、醫(yī)學影像、計算機等相關(guān)專業(yè)。? 具有醫(yī)學影像診斷軟件使用經(jīng)驗，或具備軟件基本安裝與故障排查經(jīng)驗。? 優(yōu)秀的溝通能力，責任心強，自我驅(qū)動力較好。? 具備良好的邏輯分析能力和問題解決能力。? 可接受一定強度的出差。
