崗位職責(zé)：1.負(fù)責(zé)公司內(nèi)部人才的招聘需求達(dá)成；2.公司人才庫豐富度建設(shè)；3.公司內(nèi)部招聘賦能，優(yōu)化招聘流程、招聘方法、技巧與渠道建設(shè)；4.搜集同行業(yè)人才動態(tài)，為公司提供進(jìn)攻性招聘策略；5.上級交代其他相關(guān)事宜包含不限于培訓(xùn)、行政運營、內(nèi)部HR項目等。任職要求：1.大專以上學(xué)歷，人力資源管理、心理學(xué)、管理學(xué)，法學(xué)，教育學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)；2.有5年以上制造業(yè)招聘工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉招聘流程，具有豐富的招聘經(jīng)驗和技巧。
