Responsibilities:?Drive sales growth and increase market share in the assigned verticals by understanding the market dynamics, the key stakeholders, their requirements and buying process to drive value selling of products and solutions?Develop, implement, and sustain comprehensive account plans to achieve annual sales targets?Account management and relationship building with key high-level executive customers?Pursue new opportunities and create demand actively.?Present value messaging effectively to customers with solutions selling mindset.?Respond to tender opportunities and lead pursuit strategy with internal customers.?Reports regularly on sales pipelines & activities, market, competition, and trends.Requirements:?Min degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field?At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience relevant to business development and sales in digitalization, automation, IoT or relevant industry ?Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (SaaS) selling is a plus?Prior experience in closing projects deals or to lead project pursuit in complex deal > $1M USD?Demonstrated success in channel and account management for effectively managing client relationships and proven track record of achieving an exceeding quota?Domain expertise in utility/energy/industrial automation industry and excellent industry contacts is a plus.?Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage stretched assignments.?Ability to deal effectively with diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.?Highly resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.?Proactive and self-motivated with high quality and ethical standards for themselves and others.?Ability to function effectively and decisively in sometimes fluid or ambiguous situations.?A strong team p****s and collaborative in nature ?Excellent communication and presentation skills, native oral and written fluency in Thai and English is a must?Domestic and overseas travelling is needed
