人事行政專員職責描述：?協(xié)助總經(jīng)理組織會議、會談，并做好會議內(nèi)容記錄、及時傳達會議紀要給相關人員；按照總經(jīng)理的工作任務指派、重點項目、會議決議等，跟進各部門完成情況并及時反饋信息；?處理總經(jīng)理及部門上級的差旅管理、機票酒店預訂、報告制作、辦公采購、員工福利等日常相關事務；?及時完成總經(jīng)理及上級交辦的其它工作或任務；?執(zhí)行年度招聘計劃，制定社會招聘&校園招聘的方案；?每年4月-5月開展暑期實習項目，9-10月開展秋季招聘工作；?組織公司的活動、場地預定及人員考勤等；任職要求：?統(tǒng)招本科及以上學歷；?有外企工作背景，英語六級，讀寫能力佳，口語流暢?熟練操作辦公軟件，精通Excel、Word、PowerPoint等電腦辦公軟件?有較強的團隊意識和出色的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力；?工作主動認真，謹慎細心，責任心強；具有較強的時間管理能力；Administration SpecialistJob de****ion：?
