職位描述
Duty and responsibilities： 1. Arrange Daily inspector work as per quality instruction for QA2. Translate customer quality requirement to WCL procedure for QA job instruction3. Review line quality defects and work on corrective ****4. Instantaneous feedback quality problem to manager, engineer for problem solving5. Conduct activity assigned by QA/PQE manager6. Technical support and Training support to all staff for problem7. Regular review the quality activity and monitor the activity is being implemented to achieve quality target.8. Regular report the quality status to QA/PQE manager9. To ensure all work process and machinery and tooling design are of safety standardCompetencies and experiences requirement：1. At least 3 years experience as Quality engineer in PCBA2.Knowledgeable in IPC-610A standard3. Have experience in Aerospace and/ or automotive, PCBA production will be an advantage4. Knowledgeable in QC tools5. Strong analytical skills in problem solving6. Ability to drive continuous improvement
