1. 負(fù)責(zé)電子產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝導(dǎo)入，確保產(chǎn)品高質(zhì)、高效、穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)。2. 主導(dǎo)新產(chǎn)品設(shè)備、人力、工時和產(chǎn)能評估。3. 根據(jù)工藝需要負(fù)責(zé)電子產(chǎn)品相關(guān)工裝和治具的設(shè)計、制作、驗證和改進(jìn)工作。4. 編制電子產(chǎn)品工藝文件，如：工藝流程圖、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書等，確保文件完整、詳細(xì)、具有切實指導(dǎo)性。5. 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)過程的工藝培訓(xùn)，工藝指導(dǎo)，工藝文件實施監(jiān)督等工作。6. 及時收集和發(fā)現(xiàn)工藝問題，制定優(yōu)化改善方案并跟蹤改善效果，持續(xù)提高工藝水平。7. 執(zhí)行上級交代的其他工作任務(wù)。任職要求：1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，3年以上工作經(jīng)驗；2. 電力、電氣、電子、機電等相關(guān)專業(yè)；3. 熟悉電子元器件性能，并能分析常用電路；熟悉PCBA生產(chǎn)的各種工藝，如：SMT，回流焊接，波峰焊接等；能夠運用FMEA、5W2H分析、8D等手法處理異常；具有較好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，較好的文字編緝能力，優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)能力；善于與人溝通，邏輯思維能力強，反應(yīng)敏捷，動手能力強；熟練使用Altium Designer等電路設(shè)計軟件；熟練使用電子相關(guān)測量工具；具有有源醫(yī)療器械工藝導(dǎo)入經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

NuRay Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘NuRay’), is a Sino-US joint venture between Beijing Hanhong Investment Company Limited and XinRay Systems Inc. NuRay develops and produces distributed X-ray source products based on CNT (Carbon Nanotube) technology, which are used in the next generation of high-performance CT equipment in the security inspection and medical fields. The new type X-ray source developed and produced by NuRay has changed the generation and utilization of X-rays, fundamentally changes the 3D imaging performance of X-ray equipment, improves image definition and scanning speed, and reduces the maintenance cost of equipment. With respect to the CNT field emission X-ray source technology, NuRay has more than 20 core patents and also obtained exclusive licenses for more than 30 related patents from the parent companies, all of which can provide comprehensive intellectual core property protection to the core technology of NuRay Technology and offer obvious advantages in technological competition.
