職責(zé)描述：1. 研究利用國(guó)家和產(chǎn)業(yè)政策，為公司爭(zhēng)取政策資源和政府資金支持；2. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)企業(yè)與政府主管部門的關(guān)系，為項(xiàng)目建設(shè)提供資源支持；3. 開(kāi)展政府資金、資質(zhì)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)、科技專項(xiàng)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)工作；4. 負(fù)責(zé)各類政府項(xiàng)目申報(bào)策劃、材料撰寫等，完成公司項(xiàng)目申報(bào)目標(biāo)；5. 負(fù)責(zé)在公開(kāi)場(chǎng)合，公司各類發(fā)言文案的撰寫及PPT的制作。任職要求：1. 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有政府事務(wù)等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、理工科專業(yè)優(yōu)先；2. 熟悉相關(guān)政府部門關(guān)系，具備一定的人脈資源；3. 具備良好的可行性分析能力，有獨(dú)立策劃、撰寫政府項(xiàng)目的成功案例；4. 優(yōu)秀的人際交往和協(xié)調(diào)能力，較強(qiáng)的社會(huì)活動(dòng)能力；5. 親和力好，高度的工作熱情，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；6. 熟悉辦公軟件操作，精通PPT制作，科技文檔寫作能力強(qiáng)。

NuRay Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘NuRay’), is a Sino-US joint venture between Beijing Hanhong Investment Company Limited and XinRay Systems Inc. NuRay develops and produces distributed X-ray source products based on CNT (Carbon Nanotube) technology, which are used in the next generation of high-performance CT equipment in the security inspection and medical fields. NuRay’s core technology originates from Tsinghua University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and covers a variety of fields such as Nano technology, electronic, vacuum, high voltage and machinery technology.

新鴻電子所研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)的新型X射線光源，改變了X射線的產(chǎn)生和利用方式，能夠從根本上改善X射線設(shè)備的3D成像性能，提高圖像清晰度以及掃描速度，并降低設(shè)備的維護(hù)成本。在碳納米管場(chǎng)致發(fā)射X射線光源技術(shù)方面，公司擁有20余項(xiàng)核心專利，并從母公司獲得了30余項(xiàng)相關(guān)專利的獨(dú)家許可，這些專利為公司的核心技術(shù)提供了全面的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)，也使公司具有明顯的技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
The new type X-ray source developed and produced by NuRay has changed the generation and utilization of X-rays, fundamentally changes the 3D imaging performance of X-ray equipment, improves image definition and scanning speed, and reduces the maintenance cost of equipment. With respect to the CNT field emission X-ray source technology, NuRay has more than 20 core patents and also obtained exclusive licenses for more than 30 related patents from the parent companies, all of which can provide comprehensive intellectual core property protection to the core technology of NuRay Technology and offer obvious advantages in technological competition.
