工作職責(zé)：Job Responsibility 1. 開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)連接器非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備，執(zhí)行開(kāi)發(fā)可行性評(píng)估，自動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和圖紙繪制，跟進(jìn)設(shè)備的零件制作，安裝和調(diào)試，及時(shí)解決調(diào)試和試產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題直到設(shè)備交付。 Develop and design connector non-standard automatic equipment, ****uate the new auto machine feasibility. Execute machine mechanism detail design and drawing, follow parts fabrication and machine setup & conditioning , To solve problems in conditioning and trial run before machine delivery to mass production. 2.完成設(shè)備工程文件的制作和歸檔，評(píng)估設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)成本統(tǒng)計(jì)及控制. Compile machine engineering document and filing, estimate and control machine cost 3.制定并執(zhí)行設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)范. Establish and execute automation design standard4.參與現(xiàn)有自動(dòng)機(jī)及自動(dòng)線設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)，提高產(chǎn)量及生產(chǎn)效率，減少生產(chǎn)不良及報(bào)廢。 Participate in existing machine design upgrading, improve capacity, efficiency, yield rate and scarp rate. 5.外購(gòu)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備或生產(chǎn)線的導(dǎo)入. Handle machine or auto assembly line which are established by external automation suppliers.6.在海外架設(shè)新的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線。Set up new automatic assembly lines outside China.02任職要求：(Job requirement) 1. 六年以上非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能獨(dú)立完成整機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)；有連接器或精密電子行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。 6 years work experience in non-standard automatic machine design, Can complete the whole machine mechanism design independently, Experience in connector or precision electronics industry is preferred 2. 熟練掌握機(jī)械傳動(dòng)，氣動(dòng)，伺服及元器件的選型；了解精密零件加工原理.
