Strategic Leadership:?Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy for manufacturing IT solutions including MES, WMS and related integration to support business ****ives and operational efficiency.?Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, and IT, to identify opportunities for system improvements and innovation.?Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.?Lead the integration of MES, AGV, RGV, IoT and WMS platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational synchronization.?Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of these systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.?Monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implement corrective ****s to minimize downtime and disruptions.?Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for MES and WMS initiatives, including requirements gathering, vendor ****ion, implementation, testing, and deployment.?Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.?Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.?Ensure MES and WMS systems comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.?Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure system integrity.?Act as the primary point of contact for MES and WMS-related matters, working closely with business leaders to understand their needs and deliver solutions.?Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on system performance, project status, and strategic initiatives.Required Experience:?Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on automated manufacturing IT including MES, AGV, RGV, IoT and WMS systems.?Proven experience in integrating MES, AGV, RGV, IoT and WMS platforms to achieve seamless operational workflows.?Hands-on experience with lead MES platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell Automation, GE Digital) and WMS platforms ?Strong understanding of manufacturing, warehouse automation, and supply chain processes.?Experience managing large-scale IT projects, including system implementations and integrations.?Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Required Qualifications:?Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.?In-depth knowledge of system integration, database management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).?Familiarity with IoT, Industry 4.0, and automation technologies.?Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.?Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.?Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
