Proven experience in COT model and ability to interface to internal and external technology suppliers like wafer foundries, module assembly houses, filter fabs …5. Excellent ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in multiple ****s, including R&D, marketing, quality and reliability, applications engineering, failure analysis, internal and external technology development teams and other internal departments and external partners6. Knowledge in CMOS, HVCMOS, BCD technologies and filter technologies is a plus7. Ability to drive teams to successful project completion8.
