What You’ll Be Doing: 1.****uate, improve, and maintain operational processes to ensure an efficient and productive workflow.2.Ensure operational services to customers and business team meet internal & external customer services levels and operational KPIs.3.Identify opportunities for improvement and devise cost-effective ****natives.4.Participate in the creation of workflow documentation.5.Inventory and Orders management6.Dealing with every individual in the team, from Business Support, Sales, BU, Suppliers, SBM, Asset, Suppliers7.Close monitoring & focus on individual line/item by BU/Program on inventory & aging movement. And to perform SR whenever needed.8.Needs to work very closely with both Internal & External customers in order not to put unnecessary risks in the plan.9.Analyse stock rotation allowance distribution between GA and other Business Units.10.Helping to monitor the team's NBO progress and negative margin, to avoid margin leakedWhat We Are Looking For: 1.Bachelor degree or above. 2.At least 3 years related working experience3.Excellent learning and communication skills4.Good at English 5.Development & Implementation on Business Process6.Implement and drive documentation and reporting of key metrics and results7.Monitors inventory movement
