崗位職責(zé)：1、負(fù)責(zé)電子元器件的銷售，跟進(jìn)公司現(xiàn)有的客戶資源，通過HKIN/TBF/ICS等平臺尋找開拓新客戶，對電子元器件銷售行業(yè)感興趣，愿意在行業(yè)內(nèi)深耕。2、會利用社媒軟件網(wǎng)站（Facebook/****edIn/Ins/google/百度等）搜索開發(fā)海內(nèi)外終端客戶，收集客戶信息，電話，郵箱，找到對應(yīng)聯(lián)系窗口，促進(jìn)成交。3、工作上能獨(dú)擋一面，能積極主動學(xué)習(xí)，善于總結(jié)復(fù)盤，敢于電話與客戶聯(lián)系， 并且能積極機(jī)智化解客戶投訴與糾紛，抗壓抗挫能力強(qiáng)，態(tài)度積極樂觀，能以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向。4、積極配合銷售經(jīng)理完成本部門銷售任務(wù)；遇事能及時(shí)與上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事溝通，爭取同事與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的支持與幫助，提出問題時(shí)能給出建設(shè)性的意見與建議。5、能積極處理與客戶的關(guān)系，與客戶維持良好合作關(guān)系。任職要求：1、本科及以上文化程度，英語六級及以上，會多門外語或外語專業(yè)優(yōu)先；英語可用作工作語言。2、工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，思維敏捷，能承受一定的工作壓力，有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；溝通、理解、學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)。3、具備良好的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力，熟悉電子元器件，主要負(fù)責(zé)海外市場銷售及開發(fā)。4、一年以上電子行業(yè)銷售或其他外貿(mào)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有海外客戶開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮，無相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生亦可考慮。5、有相關(guān)渠道資源者優(yōu)先。International sales Job responsibilities:1.
