Job responsibility:1. Strategic planning: Based on the company's overall strategy and market trends, developed and implemented the annual digital marketing plan and budget in China to ensure that marketing activities were closely aligned with the target market.2. Good bilingual skills in Chinese and English, able to communicate internationally without barriers.職責范圍:1.策略規(guī)劃:根據(jù)公司整體戰(zhàn)略及市場趨勢,制定并執(zhí)行中國區(qū)數(shù)字營銷年度計劃及預算,確保營銷活動與目標市場緊密貼合。2.項目管理:通過管理并優(yōu)化各類數(shù)字營銷渠道(如社交媒體、搜索引擎、內(nèi)容平臺等)落實年度營銷計劃,提升項目ROI,擴大品牌影響力。3.內(nèi)容營銷:領導第三方內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作團隊,制定內(nèi)容策略,生產(chǎn)高質(zhì)量、有吸引力的內(nèi)容,增強用戶粘性和轉(zhuǎn)化率。4.數(shù)據(jù)分析:運用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具,跟蹤營銷活動效果,進行數(shù)據(jù)分析與報告,為決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,并持續(xù)優(yōu)化營銷策略。5.團隊協(xié)作:跨部門協(xié)作,與產(chǎn)品、銷售、客戶服務等部門緊密配合,確保營銷活動的順利執(zhí)行與成果最大化。任職要求:1.本科及以上學歷,市場營銷、廣告、傳媒或相關專業(yè)背景。2.至少6年以上數(shù)字營銷相關工作經(jīng)驗 3.精通數(shù)字營銷全鏈路,對社交媒體營銷(如微信、微博、抖音、小紅書等)、內(nèi)容營銷、數(shù)據(jù)分析等有深刻理解及實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗。4.強烈的責任心和團隊合作精神,優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和項目管理能力。5.良好的中英文雙語能力,能夠無障礙地進行國際溝通。
