懸架工程師(廣州)崗位職責:1、Responsible for suspension system hard point definition and check. 負責懸架系統(tǒng)的硬點布置、匹配及校核。2、Responsible for suspension technical proposal development for new Chassis platform, system ****ion and technical requirement definition, etc. 負責新開發(fā)車型懸架系統(tǒng)方案設計,系統(tǒng)選型及技術要求3、Responsible for suspension parts 3D data and 2D drawing release. 負責懸架系統(tǒng)零件的3D數(shù)模及2D圖紙發(fā)布。4、Responsible for suspension system **** analysis and set up database 負責懸架系統(tǒng)零件對標分析;建立相應數(shù)據(jù)庫。5、Responsible for component development requirement of suspension system, support supplier technical review and support part nomination. 制定懸架系統(tǒng)零部件開發(fā)要求,支持供應商技術評審,支持完成零件定點。6、Responsible for suspension parts supplier management, DVP validation plan and responsible for engineering approval based on part development requirement. 負責懸架零件供應商管理,根據(jù)零件開發(fā)要求,制定懸架各零件試驗計劃及零件的工程認可。7、Responsible for vehicle launch support and solve suspension system related issues. 負責支持項目各階段生產(chǎn)線造車,解決懸架相關的造車問題。8、Familiar with various suspension types (Macpherson, Twist beam, Double wishbone, multi-****s, w/ air spring) 熟悉多種懸架形式(麥弗遜,扭力梁,雙叉臂,多連桿,包括有帶空氣彈簧)崗位要求:1、Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive. 學歷要求:機械工程或車輛工程本科及以上。 2、More than 3 years of suspension system development experience. 工作年限: 3年以上懸架系統(tǒng)開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗。 3、Familiar with CATIA,ADAMS, and other related CAD / CAE software 熟悉掌握CATIA, ADAMS等相關CAD/CAE軟件。4、Proficient in daily office software such as Office 熟練使用office等日常辦公軟件。 制動工程師(廣州)崗位職責:1、Responsible for brake system key parameters definition, brake system performance matching based on vehicle level input and project requirement. 負責根據(jù)整車參數(shù)及項目要求,制定制動系統(tǒng)關鍵性能參數(shù);進行制動系統(tǒng)性能匹配。 2、Responsible for brake system **** analysis and set up database. 負責制動系統(tǒng)零件對標分析;建立相應數(shù)據(jù)庫。 3、Responsible for component development requirement of brake system, support supplier technical review and support part nomination. 制定制動系統(tǒng)零部件開發(fā)要求,供應商技術評審,支持完成零件定點。 4、Responsible for brake parts 3D data and 2D drawing release. 負責制動零件的3D數(shù)模及2D圖紙發(fā)布。 5、Responsible for brake parts supplier management, DVP validation plan and responsible for engineering approval based on part development requirement. 負責制動零件供應商管理,根據(jù)零件開發(fā)要求,負責制定制動零件試驗計劃及零件的工程認可。 6、Responsible for vehicle launch support and solve brake system issues. 負責支持項目各階段生產(chǎn)線造車,解決制動相關的造車問題。 7、Knowhow about Bosch one box brake system will be a plus. 熟悉博世one box制動系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先。 8、Experience of brake performance & calibration testing in PG will be a plus. 有試車場制動系統(tǒng)性能測試或標定相關工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。崗位要求:1、Bachelor's Degree or above 3、Familiar with CATIA and other related CAD software 熟悉掌握CATIA等相關CAD軟件。 4、Proficient in daily office software such as Office 熟練使用office等日常辦公軟件。 車輪&輪胎工程師(廣州)崗位職責:1、Responsible for wheels & tires system 熟練使用office等日常辦公軟件。 底盤CAD工程師(廣州)崗位職責:1、負責底盤部零件的3D數(shù)模及2D圖紙制作。 2、完成底盤產(chǎn)品工程師布置的其他工作。 崗位要求:1、學歷要求:機械工程或車輛工程本科及以上。2、工作年限:3年以上底盤CAD工作經(jīng)驗。3、熟悉掌握CATIA等相關CAD軟件。
