-Support all production areas for process improvements -Special support to the different production areas in the implementation of the LEAN manufacturing principles. Work out related process documents including the process flow chart, process and materials flow diagrams, PFMEA, operating instructions, etc. -Identify and run improvements projects in every area -Perform risks analysis and gap assessments to secure the good level of quality, the right efficiency and the continuous improvement -Collaborate closely with R&D for design/process technical support. -Define all detailed production layouts -Reporting data follow up about production/quality performance 支持所有生產(chǎn)區(qū)域的工藝改進為不同生產(chǎn)區(qū)域的精益生產(chǎn)原則的實施提供特殊支持。編制相關(guān)工藝文件，包括工藝流程圖、工藝及物料流程圖、PFMEA、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書等。執(zhí)行風(fēng)險分析和差距評估，以確保良好的質(zhì)量水平，正確的效率和持續(xù)改進與研發(fā)部門緊密合作，提供設(shè)計/工藝技術(shù)支持。定義所有詳細的生產(chǎn)布局生產(chǎn)/質(zhì)量績效的數(shù)據(jù)跟蹤報告任職要求： -Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electric, Automation, Mechanical Engineering Material, Industrial Engineering or other related fields. -More than 5 years of working experience in the same position or as Process Engineer in an Engineering team in a Foreigner Company in the Automotive sector. -Excellent Analytical skill, problem solving skill, good Decision making skill, excellent Result Orientation -English will be compulsory -Knowledge of SMED, AMFE, APQP -Good implementation skill of lean manufacturing practices and lean management tools.
