Responsibilities:1.Responsible for materials planning, procurement and exception handling, to ensure that the responsible materials arrive at the factory on time to fully support production needs:2. Formulate a material purchase plan according to the system requirements and create and send a purchase order to the supplier in strict accordance with the SPEC requirements3. **** the order information with the supplier and update the order in a timely manner according to the system requirements, and maintain the order information correctly in the SAP system to ensure the accuracy of the system data4.Track the shipment status of materials and coordinate transportation, and ensure that the quality inspection is completed in time after the materials arrive at the factory for production5.Report any shortages and potential shortages of materials in a timely manner, and work with Sourcing to push suppliers to do their best to meet production needs.6.Maintain SAP system master data regularly as required to ensure that the system data is accurate.7.Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the board of directors from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee’s job position and work capabilitiesQualifications:1.1-3 years related working experience2.Major: Logistics management, logistics engineering, international economy and trade, English, transportation or electronic information engineering and other related majors3.Proficient in MS Office software, especially the application of excel. can edit macros is preferred4.Fluent English in both written and oral （CET-4 is requested）5.Great communication skill and fast learning skill.
