崗位職責(zé)：1、據(jù)顧客的要求(質(zhì)量/交期/成本等)制定公司內(nèi)部的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)要求Develop internal product development requirements according to the requirements of customers (quality/delivery/cost, etc.) 2、制定項(xiàng)目開發(fā)進(jìn)度表，確定關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)；Establish project development schedule, determine the key node3、管理及負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商試模、樣件測(cè)量結(jié)果分析，并協(xié)助模具驗(yàn)收及解決相關(guān)品質(zhì)、技術(shù)問題；Management and responsible for the supplier to try mold, sample measurement result analysis, and assist mold acceptance and solve the problems related to quality, technology 4、協(xié)同客戶、供應(yīng)商解決在制造及項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程控制方面的問題；Cooperative clients, suppliers to solve problems in manufacture and project process control 5、負(fù)責(zé)各階段的項(xiàng)目評(píng)審，定期召開項(xiàng)目會(huì)議，讓項(xiàng)目組成員及時(shí)了解項(xiàng)目狀況Responsible for project review at each stage, regularly holding project meetings to keep project team members informed of project status6、定期與客戶匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目情況，及時(shí)將客戶需求傳遞至相關(guān)部門Regularly report project status to clients and ****ly convey client requirements to relevant departments7、項(xiàng)目成本控制，按照項(xiàng)目預(yù)算，控制項(xiàng)目各階段的項(xiàng)目成本Project cost control, according to the project budget, controlling the project cost at each stage of the project8、項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理，及時(shí)識(shí)別項(xiàng)目潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，確保項(xiàng)目順利交付投產(chǎn)Project risk management, timely identification of potential risks in the project, ensuring smooth delivery and production of the project9、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理工作，監(jiān)督團(tuán)隊(duì)開發(fā)進(jìn)展，做好團(tuán)隊(duì)人才建設(shè) Responsible for project team management work, supervise team development progress, and responsible for team talent development10、及時(shí)完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。Timely complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.崗位要求：1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，Bachelor degree or above.2、五年以上汽車零部件行業(yè)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)More than five years of experience in product development and project management in the automotive parts industry3、三年以上項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)More than three years of project team management experience4、熟悉ISO/ IATF 16949，精通 APQP，PPAP，F(xiàn)MEA等工具；Familiar with ISO/IATF16949, proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA and other tools5、熟悉注塑成型，鈑金沖壓，鍛造壓鑄制成工藝和表面處理工藝；Familiar with injection molding, sheet metal stamping, forging and die casting process and surface treatment process6、熟練掌握Auto CAD, solid works等相關(guān)軟件Proficiency in Auto CAD, Solid Works and other related software7、較強(qiáng)的英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力，英語(yǔ)能夠作為工作語(yǔ)言Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and can be used as a working language8、具備管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下屬項(xiàng)目工程師的能力 Ability to manage and lead subordinate project engineers.
