崗位職責(zé)：1. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校的課程研發(fā)、教研，制定切實(shí)可行的教學(xué)計(jì)劃和落實(shí)方案， 且具有先進(jìn)的教學(xué)理念和方法。2. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校教學(xué)的管理、教學(xué)質(zhì)量把控、師資培訓(xùn)與評(píng)估，并制定有效的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，不斷提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。3、收集、整理、分析國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際學(xué)校的相關(guān)政策、數(shù)據(jù)、信息及其他動(dòng)態(tài)，定期輸出提高整體教師視野。4、負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌學(xué)生事務(wù)管理，制定和完善學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，組織、實(shí)施、 督促、參與學(xué)生手冊(cè)的修訂，檢查學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作。5、支持辦公室其他行政工作，如會(huì)議組織、大型活動(dòng)支持、招生、后勤等其他運(yùn)營(yíng)活動(dòng)。6、根據(jù)學(xué)校安排，定期和家長(zhǎng)保持有效積極的溝通，積極協(xié)助家校關(guān)系的建立與互動(dòng)。任職要求：1.熱愛(ài)教學(xué)工作，有教育情懷，做到以學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)為中心進(jìn)行教學(xué)管理。2.教育及相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)，碩士以上學(xué)歷，有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷（優(yōu)先考慮），并且熱愛(ài)音樂(lè)。3.具有 5年以上一線(xiàn)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，8 年以上教學(xué)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，英語(yǔ)可做工作語(yǔ)言。4.具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)能力，有非常強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)；5.熟悉歐美國(guó)際基礎(chǔ)教育體制，對(duì)國(guó)際各類(lèi)課程體系了解，并且有自己的認(rèn)識(shí)。6.熱愛(ài)學(xué)生，對(duì)學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)有足夠的耐心和愛(ài)心。Job Title: Academic and Teaching Affairs Director School Name: Beijing Eastbank Academy of Music Department: Teaching Department Number of Positions: 1Job Responsibilities:1.Responsible for the development and research of school courses.
