About RoleSupport or lead classes as determined by the Director of Creative Arts.Support the overall development of Music throughout the school.Plan and teach Music to children across EYFS, KS1, KS2 as instructed by the Director of Creative Arts.Facilitate the learning of individual children or small groups, guided by the Director of Creative Arts.Participate in planning and preparation for learning inside and outside the Music classroom.Plan and deliver PIP (Primary Instrumental Program) lessons across the Primary school as specified by the Director of Creative Arts.Support instrumental PIP teachers as specified by the Director of Creative Arts.Organize regular PIP showcases and class achievements.Lead musical ensembles as part of the extra-curricular provision e.g. Scratch Band, choir or similar as specified by the Director of Creative Arts.Complete departmental administration tasks as specified by the Director of Creative Arts relating to PIP, Curriculum, Extra-curricular and events.Plan and coordinate lunchtime recitals and other performance opportunities.Attend parents' evenings and meetings as part of the Music team.Our School"I believe in the importance of our profession and the endless possibilities of a quality education."
