工作職責(zé)：1. 內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作與管理 協(xié)助撰寫和排版市場(chǎng)學(xué)校的微信公眾號(hào)和小紅書平臺(tái)的文案，提升內(nèi)容質(zhì)量和用戶互動(dòng)。2. 招生支持 協(xié)助招生老師開展招生工作，包括資料準(zhǔn)備、電話溝通和活動(dòng)等。3. 新媒體運(yùn)營(yíng) 協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行內(nèi)容選題策劃，短視頻剪輯及簡(jiǎn)單設(shè)計(jì)工作。4. 行政事務(wù)支持 處理其他市場(chǎng)部相關(guān)的行政性事務(wù)，協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)順利運(yùn)作。任職要求：- 熟悉新媒體平臺(tái)玩法（微信公眾號(hào)、小紅書、微信視頻號(hào)等），對(duì)內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作以及選題策劃有一定的理解和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。- 具備良好的文案寫作能力和審美，能夠獨(dú)立完成基礎(chǔ)的內(nèi)容撰寫和排版工作。- 具備熟練使用辦公室軟件的能力，能夠熟練使用Word Excel PPT等軟件- 具備視頻剪輯和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)技能，有相關(guān)軟件使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先（Canva 、剪映即可）。- 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)約2年，市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、傳媒或國(guó)際教育行業(yè)相關(guān)背景者優(yōu)先，留學(xué)生優(yōu)先。-具備良好的溝通能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能夠在壓力下工作。

Dr. Maggie Koong, the Head of Academy of Victoria Shanghai Academy (VSA), will lead Victoria Park Academy as Chief Principal. Victoria Education was managed in Hong Kong in 1965, and was introduced to the Mainland in 1998 by Dr. Maggie Koong and soon after the Victoria (China) Education Group was established.Victoria Park Academy is an IB School that integrates two independent yet complementary educational philosophies. It immerses Chinese educational traditions with inquiry-based learning. The Academy offers immersive bilingual education - one teacher, one language. All students will be taught by two class teachers, one specializing in Mandarin Chinese and the other in English.
