崗位職責(zé)：1、負(fù)責(zé)為學(xué)生提供專業(yè)的心理咨詢；2、梳理咨詢過程，建立學(xué)生心理咨詢檔案等；3、組織心理健康教育、心理咨詢講座等活動；4、能輔助特殊學(xué)習(xí)需要(special learning need)的學(xué)生，例如ADHD/讀寫障礙等；5、完成學(xué)校安排的其他工作。崗位要求：1、具備教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，學(xué)校咨詢相關(guān)專業(yè)協(xié)會會員優(yōu)先考慮2、至少三年的咨詢或教學(xué)經(jīng)驗；有特殊兒童心理輔導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；3、流利的中英文雙語溝通能力；有在IB學(xué)校工作的經(jīng)驗(有PYP/MYP經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先)4、具備較強的有較強的責(zé)任感和平和的心態(tài)，成熟穩(wěn)重，能承受較大工作壓力，有高度工作 熱情、良好職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、務(wù)實工作作風(fēng)，熱愛并樂于從事教育事業(yè)；5、較強的洞察力和分析能力，有責(zé)任心有親和力，善于人際溝通，有團隊合作意識。工作踏實肯干，普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，熱愛心理健康事業(yè)，對行業(yè)有較高的認(rèn)同。

Dr. Maggie Koong, the Head of Academy of Victoria Shanghai Academy (VSA), will lead Victoria Park Academy as Chief Principal. Victoria Education was managed in Hong Kong in 1965, and was introduced to the Mainland in 1998 by Dr. Maggie Koong and soon after the Victoria (China) Education Group was established.Victoria Park Academy is an IB School that integrates two independent yet complementary educational philosophies. It immerses Chinese educational traditions with inquiry-based learning. The Academy offers immersive bilingual education - one teacher, one language. All students will be taught by two class teachers, one specializing in Mandarin Chinese and the other in English.
