崗位職責 Job Responsibilities:1.制定和實施學校網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化工作規(guī)劃，擬定學校網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化制度和標準并組織實施；Formulate and implement the university's information technology (IT) plan, establish IT policies and standards, and organize their implementation.2.管理學校網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化建設(shè)預(yù)算，組織協(xié)調(diào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化建設(shè)相關(guān)工作，實施預(yù)算績效評價；Manage the university's IT construction budget, organize, and coordinate related IT construction efforts, and carry out budget performance ****uations.3.管理學校網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化團隊，培養(yǎng)并激勵團隊成員，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團隊實現(xiàn)學校網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化建設(shè)目標；Manage the university's IT team, train, and motivate team members, and lead the team towards achieving its IT construction goals.4.管理學校共享基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫，負責學校數(shù)據(jù)資源的配置使用和數(shù)據(jù)安全相關(guān)工作；Manage the university's shared basic database, allocate and utilize university data resources, and handle data security-related tasks.5.管理學校網(wǎng)絡(luò)及信息安全，組織開展信息化保密相關(guān)宣傳教育與能力提升培訓(xùn)；Manage the university's network and information security, organize, and conduct IT confidentiality-related promotion, education, and capability enhancement training.6.持續(xù)提升學校信息化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)水平，保證服務(wù)質(zhì)量滿足校園用戶需求；Continuously improve the construction level of the university's IT infrastructure to ensure the service quality meets the needs of campus users.7.持續(xù)評估網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化相關(guān)新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用價值，引導(dǎo)學校在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化建設(shè)領(lǐng)域保持競爭力；Continuously assess the application value of new IT technologies, guiding the university to maintain competitiveness in the field of IT construction.8.完成學校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。Complete other tasks as assigned by the university leadership.任職要求 Job Requirements:1.擁有計算機、通訊或相關(guān)專業(yè)的碩士及以上學位；Must have a master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.2.具備 10 年以上的 IT 工作經(jīng)驗，5 年以上管理經(jīng)驗；Must have more than 10 years of IT work experience, including at least 5 years in a management capacity.3.具有高校、科研院所、政府或大型企業(yè) IT 工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先考慮；Preference will be given to those with IT work experience in universities, research institutions, government, or large corporations.4.具有高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)、信息化建設(shè)統(tǒng)籌、設(shè)計、規(guī)劃能力；Must have the ability to coordinate, design, and plan university network and information technology infrastructure.5.有大型信息化信息化項目申報、管理、建設(shè)經(jīng)驗；Must have experience in proposing, managing, and constructing large-scale informatization projects.6.有網(wǎng)絡(luò)、通訊、信息化團隊建設(shè)和管理經(jīng)驗；Must have experience in building and managing networks, communication, and informatization teams.7.熟悉高校與政府相關(guān)部門及信息化組織機構(gòu)的溝通機制；Must be familiar with the communication mechanisms between universities, government departments, and informatization organizations.8.具有出色的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，以及優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧；Must have excellent organizational and coordination skills, as well as superior communication abilities.9.綜合服務(wù)意識、創(chuàng)新意識及工作責任心強；Must have a strong sense of integrated service, innovation, and work responsibility.10.良好的英語書寫和口頭表達能力。Must have good English writing and oral communication skills. 此崗位需要英文面試+筆試

香港城市大學（簡稱港城大）作為香港高等教育的重要一員，致力與內(nèi)地院校及科研機構(gòu)拓展深入的合作關(guān)系。為貫徹落實《粵港澳大灣區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》，深化粵港澳創(chuàng)新合作，港城大更將粵港澳大灣區(qū)的辦學計劃納入大學整體規(guī)劃之中，為優(yōu)化大灣區(qū)高等教育布局結(jié)構(gòu)、聚集高端人才、建設(shè)國際科技創(chuàng)新中心做出貢獻。港城大于2020年初與東莞市人民政府和東莞理工學院就合作辦學事宜達成共識并簽署了合作協(xié)定，擬在松山湖共同申辦成立一所具有獨立法人資格的合作辦學機構(gòu)“香港城市大學（東莞）”[簡稱港城大（東莞）]。以合辦雙方優(yōu)勢學科為基礎(chǔ)、結(jié)合粵港澳大灣區(qū)及國家產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求，港城大（東莞）主要圍繞計算機科學、人工智能與數(shù)據(jù)科學、高端電子信息、生物醫(yī)學工程、智能制造、先進材料、新能源、土木與建筑工程及數(shù)字經(jīng)濟等前沿領(lǐng)域開展辦學。港城大（東莞）將秉承港城大“教研合一”的辦學理念，引入港城大學術(shù)標準實現(xiàn)“兩校一質(zhì)”，將“創(chuàng)新無限”作為立校引擎融入人才培養(yǎng)全過程，致力于培養(yǎng)具有國際競爭力的卓越人才。2022年6月，香港城市大學（東莞）獲教育部批準籌備設(shè)立。同年11月，香港城市大學（東莞）（籌）正式注冊成立，擔負起港城大（東莞）的籌建工作，現(xiàn)各項工作正在穩(wěn)妥有序推進中。
