Job Responsibilities崗位職責(zé)1.Assist leaders in implementing the duties and responsibilities of the Communist Party of China (abbreviated as “the Party”) in the university, develop plans and schemes for the Party affairs.協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)貫徹落實(shí)高校黨建工作職責(zé)任務(wù)，制定學(xué)校黨建工作計(jì)劃和方案；2.Responsible for the secretarial work of the Party in the university, drafting important documents, taking the lead to draft of the Party ’s work systems, work summaries, requests for instructions, reports, etc.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校黨組織文秘工作，負(fù)責(zé)重要文稿的撰寫，牽頭起草學(xué)校黨建工作制度、工作總結(jié)、請(qǐng)示報(bào)告等 ；3.Take the lead to handle of instructions from higher-ups and decisions on the work of the University's Party organization, check and supervise the implementation of related work.牽頭辦理上級(jí)指示和學(xué)校黨組織工作決定，檢查督促相關(guān)工作落實(shí)；4.Coordinate the organization of various meetings and activities related to the Party affairs.統(tǒng)籌組織各類黨建相關(guān)會(huì)議、活動(dòng)；5.Coordinate with various departments and faculties to promote the implementation of the Party affairs.協(xié)調(diào)各院系、各部門等，推動(dòng)黨建工作貫徹落實(shí)；6.Supervise and guide grassroots organizations of the Party in the university to implement relevant work and tasks.督促指導(dǎo)各基層黨組織落實(shí)工作任務(wù)；7.Responsible for the external communication and coordination of the university's Party organization.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校黨組織的對(duì)外溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作；8.Assist in carrying out other work related to the Party affairs.協(xié)助開展其他與黨建工作相關(guān)的工作；9.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。Requirements任職要求1.The Communist Party of China members, adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, firmly support the Party and the country's lines, principles, policies, have a firm political stance, and comply with the national laws and regulations.中共黨員，堅(jiān)持四項(xiàng)基本原則，堅(jiān)決擁護(hù)黨和國(guó)家的路線、方針、政策，政治立場(chǎng)堅(jiān)定，遵守國(guó)家的法律法規(guī)；2.Bachelor's degree or above, passionate about the Party affairs work , possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to a multicultural work environment, capable of handling high work pressure, and skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.本科以上學(xué)歷，熱愛黨務(wù)工作，具備優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)、人際交往能力，適應(yīng)多元文化工作環(huán)境，能夠承受較大的工作壓力，善于同時(shí)并行處理多項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)；3.Possess excellent abilities in official document writing and oral ****, as well as good English writing and speaking skills.具備優(yōu)秀的公文寫作和口頭表達(dá)能力，以及較好的英語寫作及口語溝通能力；4.Have over 12 years of work experience, have a deep understanding of the Party building work in universities, candidates with experience in the Party affairs at higher education institutions, government agencies, or state-owned enterprises will be given priority.具備12年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)高校黨建工作有較深入了解，有高等院校、機(jī)關(guān)事業(yè)單位或國(guó)有企業(yè)黨務(wù)工作經(jīng)歷者可優(yōu)先考慮。此崗位需要英文面試+筆試

香港城市大學(xué)（簡(jiǎn)稱港城大）作為香港高等教育的重要一員，致力與內(nèi)地院校及科研機(jī)構(gòu)拓展深入的合作關(guān)系。為貫徹落實(shí)《粵港澳大灣區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》，深化粵港澳創(chuàng)新合作，港城大更將粵港澳大灣區(qū)的辦學(xué)計(jì)劃納入大學(xué)整體規(guī)劃之中，為優(yōu)化大灣區(qū)高等教育布局結(jié)構(gòu)、聚集高端人才、建設(shè)國(guó)際科技創(chuàng)新中心做出貢獻(xiàn)。港城大于2020年初與東莞市人民政府和東莞理工學(xué)院就合作辦學(xué)事宜達(dá)成共識(shí)并簽署了合作協(xié)定，擬在松山湖共同申辦成立一所具有獨(dú)立法人資格的合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)“香港城市大學(xué)（東莞）”[簡(jiǎn)稱港城大（東莞）]。以合辦雙方優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科為基礎(chǔ)、結(jié)合粵港澳大灣區(qū)及國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求，港城大（東莞）主要圍繞計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、人工智能與數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)、高端電子信息、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、智能制造、先進(jìn)材料、新能源、土木與建筑工程及數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)等前沿領(lǐng)域開展辦學(xué)。港城大（東莞）將秉承港城大“教研合一”的辦學(xué)理念，引入港城大學(xué)術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)現(xiàn)“兩校一質(zhì)”，將“創(chuàng)新無限”作為立校引擎融入人才培養(yǎng)全過程，致力于培養(yǎng)具有國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的卓越人才。2022年6月，香港城市大學(xué)（東莞）獲教育部批準(zhǔn)籌備設(shè)立。同年11月，香港城市大學(xué)（東莞）（籌）正式注冊(cè)成立，擔(dān)負(fù)起港城大（東莞）的籌建工作，現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)工作正在穩(wěn)妥有序推進(jìn)中。
