KEY RESULT AREA /areas of responsibility 主要職責(zé) 1.認(rèn)同學(xué)校理念與愿景，服從部門負(fù)責(zé)人相應(yīng)的工作安排，定期參與組內(nèi)會議，遵守學(xué)校、部門相應(yīng)的政策 2.擔(dān)任學(xué)校音樂，舞臺戲劇，舞蹈課程的教學(xué)工作。服從部門對教學(xué)進度、教學(xué)內(nèi)容的安排，促進學(xué)生音樂，戲劇領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展。能夠根據(jù)實際狀況對課程方案提出建議，完善教學(xué)設(shè)計。 3.熟悉北京市課程體系，并具有國際化的視野，能與外籍教師及時溝通，傳達(dá)課程理念，并為課程引入國際元素 4.定期對學(xué)生的音樂，舞臺戲劇學(xué)習(xí)狀況進行追蹤和評估，包括形成性評估和總結(jié)性評估，保留相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)，并及時向負(fù)責(zé)人進行反饋。 5.具有獨到的教育理念，能夠參與教學(xué)研究；或是能為學(xué)生提供額外的發(fā)展機會，參與音樂類相關(guān)競賽。 6.上級交代的其他工作 任職資格：Qualifications/Training 資格證書/培訓(xùn) 1.
