The Segment Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the country marketing strategy for the assigned Segments in accordance with the global and regional strategy. He/She identifies segment market trends and develops new business opportunities for future growth as well as providing input into the Regional and Global marketing strategy for the assigned Segments. The Segment Manager works closely together with Product & Application Marketing to define relevant product portfolio and positioning in the Segments, with Sales & Service to develop and implement relevant Service and Key Account Management concepts and with Draeger Academy to develop relevant internal and external trainings for the Segments.

Develop and Implement Segment Strategy
-Identify customer needs, customer application and technology trends
-uate and analyze market data, provide market size and market shares for the Segments and provide overview of competitors
-Define relevant product portfolio positioning and pricing models/ programs to grow business and maximize profitability within the Segments
-Identify Segment customer practice/ policies/ regulatory changes that may have an impact on the present and future business
Business Development & Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management
-Develop cross modality solutions and services offerings for the Segments and work with Sales & Service departments to implement such solutions
-Develop and maintain Key Opinion Leader network to discuss relevant Segment topics and deploy KOLs for customer events, trainings
-Support Key Account Management strategy and plans for the key customers in the Segments and develop marketing activities for these accounts
-Provide expert support for Key Accounts and large projects in the Segments
Operational Marketing Plan and Training
-Actively participate in development and ensure execution of the local Operational Marketing Plan for the Segments
-Design and execute regular Segment trainings in cooperation with Product & Application marketing colleagues and drive exploitation of full product potential within the Segments
-Be a lecturer on Occupational Health & Safety and Safety & Emergency Management topics at relevant customer seminars, congresses and other external events
-Develop and execute customer trainings related to Safety and Emergency Management in cooperation with Draeger Academy
Others
-Operate in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures
-Assure the confidentiality of customer information and other company information
-Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
-Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager
任職要求
Bachelor degree in business economics or engineering or a comparable combination of education and experience
4-6 years of experience in a business related function (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Business Development)
Work experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemical or related industries at a managerial level, ideally but not limited to an Occupational Health and Safety position.
Professional
-Occupational Health & Safety knowledge – advanced level
-Degree/certification in OHS – preferred
-Translate strategy into tactics and develop/ measure KPIs – advanced level
-Train and educate internal and external stakeholders – advanced level
-Presentation skills – advanced level
-English in reading, writing and spoken – advanced level
