The Repair Workshop Engineer is responsible for maintaining all service devices in the workshop and ensures the workshop environment is safe and clean. Furthermore, he/she organizes the calibration for all service devices and supports in ensuring
崗位職責
Workshop maintenance
-Implement corrective repairs and calibration, identify/ feedback unexposed quality problems if any via dedicated system to the Headquarter as appropriate
-Perform preventive maintenance for workshop devices, check material and tools regularly to avoid losing
-Execute technical corrective s
-Provide support to Sales/ Marketing for device check to ensure a good status for sales/ exhibitions
Workshop management
-Remain the working bench 5S, keep workshop environment safe and clean
-Coordinate and implement the calibration for service tools to be done by the local authority
-Organize/ keep all service documents to ensure compliance with audit requirement
Rental management
-Keep the rental device and check to ensure a good status for rental business
-Document all the rental devices list and real-time update
Others
-Follow company process for parts management and book daily work in related system
-Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
-Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager
任職要求
College degree in electronics, engineering or related discipline or a comparable combination of education and experience
1-3 years of experience as in-house engineer or field technician in safety device industry
