職位描述
Responsibilities:
1)Lead implementation of NPI project.
2)Production line engineering solutions and hands-on abilities.
3)Reviewing and maintaining production data well recorded from customers throughout NPI phase.
4)Organize/coordinate all project resource members to have project milestone meetings held on time, record all lessons learned and publish all meeting minutes and latest statuses to company management for reviewing.
5)Implementing ECN/ECO, risk management and validation processes whenever there is changes internally or externally for all electronics and medical products.
6)Coordinate with multi-functional department forces to assure the project assigned complete within schedule/budget and pre-defined quality targets achieved.
7)Prepare/collect/optimize all NPI documentation and deliverables to transfer NPI project to mass production successfully after NPI phases ends.
8)All other duties as assigned within NPI project phases.
9)Continue to communicate with customer about product quality issue happened at mass production phase, e.g., cost reduction, MRB, test failure, etc.
10)Participate/organize related recourses to prepare/ review production layout/standard working time/PFMEA/Line balance/WI for new products at NPI phases, especially prior to/during sample building phase.
11)Monitoring yield and efficiency to drive continuous improvement at NPI phases (SB, TR, PR).
12)Providing training to production operators or other functional engineers if required.
13)Attending training or reading industry journals to keep up to date with latest technology and industry trends.
14)At RFQ phase, organize supporting engineering resources to give necessary needed information to CSD for the effectiveness and completion of quotation.
15)Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
Qualification:
1)College degree or above, major in mechanical, electronic or equivalent.
2)3 years or above project management working experience.
3)Good English skill in writing and speaking.
