職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
1、從收到客人訂單到出貨期間的訂單管理。
Order administration and management from receiving customers orders to shipment.
2、將客人需求信息傳遞給內(nèi)部部門并跟進(jìn)公司的反饋信息給客人。
Liaising customers requests to internal team members and follow up internal feedback to customers.
3、采取適當(dāng)措施推進(jìn)內(nèi)部成員之間的協(xié)助以滿足客人訂單以及需求。
Coordinating and tightening co-operation of internal team members for fulfilling customers orders and requests in timely manner.
4、對(duì)任何影響成品/項(xiàng)目成本或者項(xiàng)目/產(chǎn)品交貨期的項(xiàng)目范圍內(nèi)的更改活動(dòng)持續(xù)跟進(jìn)。
Keeping track any activities changing project scope affecting product cost/project cost and scheduling of project/orders.
5、緊密跟進(jìn)訂單/項(xiàng)目狀況,及時(shí)地跟客人溝通。
Closely following up order status / project status and providing timely communication with customers.
6、在產(chǎn)品不同階段例如:報(bào)價(jià),預(yù)訂購到訂單完成等,對(duì)項(xiàng)目和產(chǎn)品的成本進(jìn)行核算。
Project and product cost calculation in different stages, such as RFQ stage, NPI stage, pre-ordering till order completion stages, etc.
7、持續(xù)跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目/產(chǎn)品的成本并提供報(bào)價(jià)單給客人。
Keeping track up-dated project / product costing and providing quotation to customers.
8、協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)部門跟進(jìn)客人付款事項(xiàng)。
Coordinating with Finance Department for payment issues.
9、提供必要的部門的以及跟客人相關(guān)的報(bào)告。
Preparing required departmental and customer accounts reports.
10、履行ISO系統(tǒng)要求。
Fulfilling ISO system requirements.
11、處理上級(jí)交辦的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
任職要求:
1、大專以上學(xué)歷?!?br/>College or above.
2、2年以上生產(chǎn)制造行業(yè)國(guó)際客服或跟單相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Above 2 years relative work experience about international customer service and order management in manufacture company.
3、英語聽說讀寫流利。
Fluent in English reading and speaking.
