Overview:
The Market Development team is primarily responsible for identifying and managing business opportunities for China. As an integral part of this team, the role of clinical Marketing Development Manager is to drive the clinical market, increase the marketing share and push the business growth etc. Waters is actively seeking a motivated individual as our marketing manager, who would work closely with the sales team to drive the market.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business plans to support short and long term clinical business ives.
2. Work with global field marketing teams to develop tactical plans to drive the clinical business.
3. Identify opportunities and key applications for business development in clinical by understanding the customers’ science and business ives. Develop and promote solution positioning and marketing strategies for clinical market
4. Manage the production of technical marketing literature and the development of marketing initiatives to support Field Marketing and Sales activities.
5.Build up the network among the market and strengthen the relationship with our key accounts
6. Presents Waters application solutions and technologies at seminars and conferences.
7. Provides support to the Field sales and Marketing organization in implementation of programs.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
9.Other responsibilities as required by the business ives of Waters Corporation.
Qualifications:
1.Master’s degree in medical, clinical, health science or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience
2.Understand the overall market of Clinical, Hospitals, Forensic
3.Promote our applications technologies to develop market in clinical through marketing activities, develop the marketing tools and train the sales team.
4.Ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
5.Good web, Word, and Excel capabilities
6.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills polish written skills in English
7.Passionate in learning high-tech science
8.A team p and self-starter with strong organization skills
