PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL IVE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for all marketing efforts for the products under his/her scope in Greater China.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Establish product positions which includes:
-Identify the clinical utilities
-Define product positions
-Design and execute clinical outcome studies to validate the position
2.Establish product launch plan which includes:
-Identify key accounts and build sales pipeline
-Establish pricing
-Generate sales forecast
-Generate all sales material and tools
-Train sales team, AS team, and distributors
3.Establish national promotion and education programs
4.Understand competitive landscape
5.Other tasks based on business needs, or assigned by the direct supervisor, conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.
KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above in biologic science or clinical laboratory medicine. Master degree will be a plus. Molecular biology, microbiology, or immunology (depending on the product scope) or MBA on marketing is highly preferred.
2.A minimum of + 3 years’ product & marketing experience in multinational companies from Healthcare industry, preferably IVD and infection disease. Business development experience will be a plus.
3.Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin
4.A lateral thinker with excellent strategic, innovative and analytical skills, practically implementing the devised strategy
5.Good Project management and time management skills
6.Good interpersonal and communication skills
