Primary Purpose and Overall ive of the Job:
Under the guidance of KAM/RBM to participate and implement KAM projects by coordinate team members, including both Sales, AS and SE from both bioMeriuex and distributors, to pursue the short-term sales target and the long-term company development in all the products segments within the scope of KAM.
Main Accountabilities:
1.Key Account Management:
-Work with KAM/RBM to key or potential big customers and build up the plans accordingly
-Coordinate/participate the implementation and track performance of key account plans with focus on VIP’s satisf and make sure the quality of the plan and service secured to the important customers sharing information, expertise and experience among the teams
-Boost the total consumable sales
-Establish the network with the end customers
-Assist KAM/RBM and local marketing:
-Collect and report the information of marketing, distributors and competitors
-Design, organize or participate in the customers meeting, uate and report the results
-Assist to implement various marketing promotion plans requested by RBM
2.Team working:
-Work closely with all the supporting persons including other sales colleague, AS, Sales Assistant etc.
-Support local distributor’s KA team, train the distributor team on products and sales skills, in-charge of the periodic distributor KA performance, direct inter with sub-dealers
-Present the new products / new solutions / new tools to distributors and key account
-Regular reporting and documentation
-Responsible for the customer satisf survey locally.
Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1. College degree or above in Medical Diagnosis/life science or relevant fields
2. Over 3 years of working experience in well-known microbiology labs, diagnostic companies, or medical device companies
3. Good command of English in both written and reading
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. ive oriented with strong senses of initiative
6. Capability to work under pressure
