Position Summary:
The Marketing Programs Manager will oversee all efforts related to inbound and outbound regional marketing communications including digital, events and localization, and work with Marketing Programs of Clinical and Core segments as dotted line supervisor as well. The Marketing Programs Manager will provide strategic direction across all marketing channels while ensuring the consistency and quality of materials through these campaigns meets brand standards, achieve marketing performance goals (e.g., Return on Marketing Investment, or ROMI), on time and within budget.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Executes initiative and campaign plans:
Coordinates with central product marketing, central / regional segment marketing to develop and execute campaigns
Provide guidance on localization requirements of global campaigns
Provide guidance on channel (marketing mix) strategy & personas to develop regional programs and campaigns that align with commercial and brand strategies
Serves as an expert on customer behavior and responses to marketing stimuli
Provide guidance on best practice for buyers journey and developing programs to target different stages
Leverages material created by the Nucleus and global segment team
Coordinates with regional event and digital specialists on the execution of the program
Input to regional go-to-market plans for segment, developed closely with regional segment marketing
Assists with marketing metrics:
Ensures the programs/campaigns are created in alignment with The Nucleus to measure the agreed upon metrics
Monitors and Analyses programs metrics quarterly to provide insight into performance with an insight into adjustment for the programs steering
Creates appropriate follow up program for Leads Generation Specialists in partnership with Leads Generation Team Lead
Continuous improvement:
Build relationship with sales, channel partners, segment / product marketing team to understand demand and trend
Regular monitor channel performance metrics (working with Analytic and Insight team), optimize marketing mix, and demonstrates effectiveness of strategy and implementation across all marketing channels
Ensures brand standards and internal communications are maintained regionally, working with corporate communication department
Regional Interface with corporate center of excellence:
Maintain media relationship, working with global Public Department
Develop and manage strong partnerships with external agencies and third party relationships.

Preferred Educational :
University/College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Science or related field required
Advanced degree in business (MBA) is strongly desired
Preferred Experiential :
5-7 years of marketing communications experience.
Experience in BioTech, healthcare or Life Science Company required.
Proven excellence in marketing execution and measurement of success.
Excellent communications (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills required
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple groups across multiple geographies.
Ability to deploy effectively against a messaging platform.
Proven ability to lead and influence a broad spectrum of constituents (product management, sales, etc.) with divergent interest in order to create a defined and focused course of .
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition activities which include identifying needs of the department, justification for budget to fill positions, coordinating with HR to market the position, review resumes, conduct interviews and identify and recommend a candidate as the potential hire, and employee orientation to the department and company.
Talent Development activities which include developing training plans with employees to ensure they have the necessary expertise to successfully perform their jobs, provide ongoing guidance to employees, and career counseling to help employees develop and advance in their careers
Job Role Definition ensures that job deions accurately record the primary responsibilities, qualifications and terms for each job role in their group
Performance Management activities include setting performance standards, ensuring employees have appropriate and realistic job goals, providing ongoing feedback about employees’ performance, conducting performance appraisals, including assessing how the employees have performed and how they can improve their performance, developing performance improvement plans if employees’ performance is not adequate and providing rewards for employee accomplishments.
At higher levels of management, establishing and distributing budgets among departments is required.
