Inputs into global market strategies and creates regional go-to-market strategies:
Partners with and inputs regional information into global strategies with product management
Assess market dynamics, understand market complexity including customer / competition / government / regulatory / fund / payer / supplier / partner requirements and trends, to develop regional strategies and provides feedback to global product/segment managers in responsible domain(s)
Maintain regular monitoring of market trend (customer penetration, price, competition, etc.) by working together with Intelligence and Insight team
Consolidate in depth market analysis and insight regarding customer/market needs to provide guidance on messaging, positioning and identifying target customers
Product and Technical expertise:
Provide regional product and market expertise for sales team, Sales Channel Partners (SCPs) and OEM/IVD partners
Assess regional training needs and create or deliver sales enablement and training to sales/SCPs and OEM/IVD partners
Compile competitive intelligence feedback information to global and field teams
Develops regional growth plan, initiative and campaign plans:
Provide information to the revenue planning, and quarterly business reviews.
Develop and delivers customer facing assets at Illumina campaigns
Plan go-to-market campaigns. Coordinate with global and regional marketing programs to develop and execute online and offline campaigns within the budget to achieve higher Return On Marketing Investment (ROMI) and brand preference in responsible segment
Assist with identification and mgmt. of regional KOLs and reference sites. Coordinate local collaborations and studies to increase clinical utility, working together with internal teams, such as Business Development, Market Development, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Government Affairs.
