Position Summary:
The Marketing Program Strategic Account is responsible to level up Illumina relationship with marketing arm of strategic accounts, so as to generate a truly mutual beneficial partnership, and maximize the output from their successful operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Draft and update Strategic Account (SA) marketing strategy:
Maintain regular contact with strategy and marketing arm of strategic accounts
Identify unmet needs and collaboration opportunities
Lay down multiple year strategy and yearly milestone
Obtain funding for key deliverables
Operation and marketing:
Implement strategy to fulfill current year goal
Build content which benefits the whole NGS ecosystem based on successful implementation with insights
Leverage Marketing Programs team to market to target audiences
Consolidate an expanded reach with SAs to influence thought leaders and policy makers
Continuous improvement:
Review contribution of this marketing program function regularly
Share best practice and lesson learnt with global and other regions
Steer direction when needed

Preferred Educational :
University/College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Science or related field required
Advanced degree in business (MBA) is strongly desired
Preferred Experiential :
Experience in BioTech, healthcare or Life Science Company required
Experience in strategy or marketing functions preferred
Experience in consulting firm preferred
Excellent communications (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills required
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple companies, esp. with executive level, with divergent interest in order to create a defined and focused course of
Ensure to follow all applicable company policies and procedures
