Lead a regional team of sales supervisors and sales representatives, and provide them direction to ensure business success and align organization goals with those of the regional team.

PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)
1.Manage & lead the sales team for the responsible areas and deliver responsible sales
target on quarterly basis.
帶領(lǐng)負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)按季完成區(qū)域銷售指標(biāo)
2.Develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region using available
information
根據(jù)所掌握的信息制定并執(zhí)行所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的銷售及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展計(jì)劃
3.Set goals, ives and priorities for the team and ensure team members are aligned to
regional/organizational goals through PMP.
制定所負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作目標(biāo)及優(yōu)先順序,通過績(jī)效考核流程管理并確保團(tuán)隊(duì)成員共同完成銷售任務(wù)
4.Establish distribution network in the region and manage sub-distributor performance to
reach sales target.
建立所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的代理商銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò),管理代理商的績(jī)效以完成公司的銷售任務(wù)
5.Lead and guide sub-distributor to execute company and BU strategy to make sure a healthy
and sustainable business.
引導(dǎo)代理商執(zhí)行公司的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略并確保公司業(yè)務(wù)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展
6.Build and keep good relationship with key accounts within responsible areas.
建立并維護(hù)與區(qū)域內(nèi)大客戶之間的良好關(guān)系
7.Organize marketing activities in the region and build brand image.
在所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)組織各項(xiàng)市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng),并建立良好的品牌形象
8.Manage OPEX in line with Sales Performance.
結(jié)合銷售業(yè)績(jī)有效地控制運(yùn)營(yíng)成本
9.Coordinate with RA/QA department to collect AE details and coach subordinates how to handle AE events
配合法規(guī)事務(wù)部與質(zhì)量保證部收集不良事件信息,并指導(dǎo)下屬處理不良事件.
10.Ensure an energizing environment which motivates employees at all levels to give their
best to the job
營(yíng)造良好的激勵(lì)機(jī)制以激發(fā)各級(jí)員工的工作積極性
11.Communicate upward and provide realistic picture of TFX Medical business.
及時(shí)與上級(jí)溝通并如實(shí)報(bào)告業(yè)務(wù)狀況
PART III – QUALIFICATIONS任職資格
EDUCATION教育程度
Bachelors degree or above in medical or business administration
醫(yī)學(xué)或工商管理專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
EXPERIENCE工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
At least 5 years experience in relevant industry and function, such as sales and marketing in Medical device.
五年以上醫(yī)療器械銷售及市場(chǎng)等相關(guān)行業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Experience in distributor management is preferred
具有代理商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
Team management experience
具有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.)其他要求
Good communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills.
有較強(qiáng)的溝通及人際交往能力
A good team p , initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills
