職責描述：
1. Carry out the installation, calibration, maintenance and adjustment of Euroimmun instruments and software for clients
為客戶提供歐蒙儀器和軟件產(chǎn)品的安裝，校準，調(diào)試和保養(yǎng)服務。
2. Troubleshoots the problems of instrument, either by phone or on site.
通過電話或現(xiàn)場的方式，進行儀器的故障處理和維修。
3. Carry out the software and hardware upgrading of low-end automation instruments.
進行儀器產(chǎn)品的軟硬件升級。
4. Provide on-site monthly maintenance and calibration of instruments.
提供儀器的月度保養(yǎng)和校準服務
5. Provide technical support to sales team, including pre-sales and after-sales support. Work tightly with sales team, to provide timely and high quality service to customer.
對銷售團隊提供售前售后技術支持，并與銷售團隊緊密合作，為客戶提供及時高效的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務。
6. Provide technical support for the Instrument Marketing Exhibition
對市場活動提供技術支持

任職要求：
1. University degree or above in Computer, Automation, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering.專科及以上學歷，計算機，自動化，機械工程，電子工程，生物醫(yī)學工程等相關專業(yè)。
2.good hands-on skills.動手能力強。
3. Can read English technical documents fluently.能熟練閱讀英文技術文檔。
4. Customer oriented, can work under pressure and solve issues independently.6. Good communication skills, strong service consciousness.以客戶為導向，能在壓力下工作并能獨立解決問題。良好的溝通技巧和服務意識。
5. Adapted to travel frequently.
能夠適應經(jīng)常性出差。
