職位描述
工作職責(zé):
1.Conducting local administrative day-to-day work (but not limit to visitor greetings, office supplies purchasing, supplier payment etc.)
2.Admin related vendor management and contract renewal
3.Leading and implementation of administrative related projects
4.Implementing Employee communication & engagement activity as a strong facilitator for business
5.Other Admin related tasks assigned.
任職要求:
1. Bachelor degree, 5 years or above working of administrative working
Experience in manufacturing
2. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
3. Good team p and problem solver
4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook operations
