1.The HR and admin supervisor is responsible for an efficient compensation and benefits function within the HR team, providing a great service through the admin team and management of local government relations.
2.Compensation and benefits
?Supervise the HR specialist to ensure the efficient operation of the monthly payroll cycle ensuring all payments are completed in a timely manner
?Ensure all social insurance and housing fund payments are kept up to date
?Manage the tasks of the monthly payroll calendar to ensure the entire cycle is completed
?Look for opportunities to automate the payroll process allowing the HR specialist more time to complete other HR projects
3.Customer experience
?Be an expert for Customer service standards advice for our reception team, ensuring all visitors are professionally looked after and all reception staff duties are completed in a timely manner
?Focus on the professional appearance of our visitor areas and the tidiness of the office by guiding the reception team.
?Provide service training to our client facing staff to ensure the customer relationship is effectively managed.
4.Public relations
?Work with the tuition education team to develop strong relationships with the education bureau meeting the requirements to ensure the smooth renewal of TE license and submit relevant materials to successfully pass the annual training school inspection
?Work with local fire officers to meet the legal requirements of fire regulations
?Manage any inquiries from with the PSB, SAFEA or local police with regard to non-Chinese nationals that work for us.
5.HR Process
?Maintain and put in place robust HR and regulatory processes to ensure business compliance
?Write the standard operating procedures for the payroll function, training school annual inspection and training school license renewal in both Chinese and English language, to enable the process to be completed by all members of the HR team
?Manage the time stamp reporting of all staff members of BE Education
6.Onboarding and contracts process
?Supervise the HR specialist in the arrangement of new and renewal staff contracts
?Maintain the personal HR files of all company staff
7.General Requirements
?Complete HR projects that will improve the working efficiency of the HR team as well as aid in your own personal development

?Must have a minimum of 3 years HR Experience
?A reliable support for members of the HR team to deliver a great service to all company staff
?An interest in customer service standards to be delivered by a reception team
?Willing to be the representative of the company with local government officers
?Strong initiative, integrity and good judgement
?Good written and verbal English
?Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
?Comfortable with uncertainty and changing priorities
?Experienced in using and managing information technology systems, including Microsoft office
?Master degree, equivalent or higher degree in education a plus
?Fluent oral and writtenMandarin Chinese
